Refund policy

At Candice the Therapist Collection, each journal is printed on demand through our printing partner, Lulu Direct. Because products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or buyer's remorse.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please submit an inquiry through our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will work with our printing partner to review the order and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Candice the Therapist Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
